Crimes of Fashion: Cathy Pill 'Drama' Dress

The only drama going on with this Cathy Pill dress is to much of it. The dress definitely is to much of costume. From afar the print looks like it was eaten by moths or something. In fairness, I do like the silhouette. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate and respect the creativity and workmanship but a dress with a cape? It is fashion forward and memorable which means once you wore this dress an encore is out of the question. Besides you don't want to be wrong twice...do you?
