Christian Louboutin Ankle Boots with Studs $1,550.00 Browns Fashion,
Stud and Lace Flats $783.00 Browns Fashion, Candy Stud Pumps $965.00 Saks
Master cobbler Christian Louboutin created a serious of studded women's shoes for fall. Louboutin is no stranger to designing provocative shoes. Remember his collaboration with David Lynch a couple of years ago(Louboutin designed a series of uber-sexy, naughty fetish shoes)? Well, don't worry these Louboutin stud shoes have a 'G' rating. I particularly love how the leather and studs are softened by the ostrich lace. These shoes will definitely add some edge to any look this fall. Some might say they are a little kinky... true but they are 'kinky chic'.

Christian Louboutin Python Pumps $1,055.00 Saks.com
For more than a decade, Christian Louboutin is one of the most coveted luxury footwear designer and brand. The quality of workmanship and mastery of the craft has surely made him an icon and a legend in fashion. If you're planning on splurging this week, may I suggest spending your hard earned dollars on a pair of Christian Louboutin Python Pumps. I am not a big fan of python shoes to be quite honest. But this pair of Louboutins are an exception. I love the fact that the python used on this shoes don't look like snake skin. The texture is chic and the blue/black finish gives them a bit of an edge. An instant classic.

Footwear is one spectrum in the fashion world that has become very competitive through the years. And when I thought that I saw it all, a new season comes along and designers roll out this fabulous, chic, fresh new designs. This fall, luxury designers shows no restraints with their creations with hopes that their shoes will be must-haves shoe for the season.
Karl Lagerfeld emerges as one of my designers to watch this fall. His footwear and accessory collection is one that I haven't seen from him in a long time. He designed a bootie that has a small axe as the spur (shown above)! Nicholas Kirkwood made his signature design edgier with modern architectural cutouts. While Bruno Frisoni created a sandal with bright pink silk fan on the straps.

If ever Christian Louboutin want to create his empire of clothing, shoes and accessories he can surely can and do very well with it. But his passion in creating women's footwear is so profound that he chooses not to. And I respect him very much for that. In short, he's not and will never be a sell out.
Louboutin has sporadically came out with handbags and accessories and like his shoes they are well received. Not because they are designed by and bears the Christian Louboutin name. It's the quality of workmanship and impeccable designs. Louboutin's ability to add basic details like pleating to this 'Schoolita' framed bag and come out with something simple yet it's chic, fresh and stylish is amazing. I also love the red inner lining, reminiscent of his signature red sole on his footwear creations.
One thing for sure, House of Holland design duo Henry Holland and Aggy Deyn love their bright colors which I totally respect them for. Remember their paint swatches inspired Fall 2009 RTW Collection? From something that seemed uninspired to something totally glam like this All Over Petal dress and skirt shows that they are very talented. The design is fun, flirty and youthful but yet sophisticated.
Christian Louboutin Gino T-Strap Sandal $865.00, Dillian Flower Pump $1,6950.00.
I'm already dreaming of summer -- I'm done with winter. But I really shouldn't complain because winter in Los Angeles feels like a springtime afternoon compared to the Januaries in icy Michigan where I once lived.
If you share my summertime dream, this heavenly bunch of wedges and espadrilles will certainly add to your anticipation of warmer times to come. I am particularly fond of the natural materials and island aesthetic in these shoes -- a key trend this spring.
