Snow and freezing temperature are not the only things guys have to worry about during cold season. Having and maintaining a well-balanced facial regimen is crucial this time of year. With our face being the exposed to the elements, prevention against dry flaky skin, chapped lips and breakouts is important. If you already have a regimen, it wouldn't hurt to revisit and make necessary changes that works best for cold weather.
I have tried and tested a number of men's skincare products through the years until I found the best cocktail that works for my skin. I follow a day and evening as well as a hot/warm and cold season regimen. Though it's not necessary to have such a regimen like mine, maintaining and protecting your skin will have long-term benefits.
Here are my top essential skincare products that will help protect and maintain that pretty face this cold season.

![]() | One cause I'm very passionate about is Breast Cancer Awareness. This year, an estimated 192,370 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer and 2.5 million women living in the United States have a history of breast cancer. I know these numbers seems high but there has been a decline on breast cancer mortality rate of over 2% each year since 1990. Nevertheless, an estimated 40,170 women will die from breast cancer in 2009 (source: Breast Cancer Facts&Figures 2009-2010). There is still no cure for breast cancer. It is the second leading cause of cancer death in the U.S. Early detection and improvements in treatments are important factors that can be attributed to the decline on breast cancer deaths. The campaign for screening goes hand-in-hand with the search for a cure. October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. This is a great time to do however we can to help and support a cause that can save lives. Michael Kors 'Key To The Cure' Tee $40.00 Saks |
