Attendees of the Maison Martin Margiela Spring 2009 RTW in Paris were tricked (or treated?) to a collection of Halloween Couture instead. Call it 'artistic expression' or what have you, there is a time and place for that. And I feel that this wasn't the right setting.

Models with nude fabric over their head and some with just a head of hair!, One model had a faceless 'hair-head' with teeth it was quite disturbing. Hello?! Earth to Margiela: You design for humans, not 'Cousin It's' clan. I just don't get it. In fairness, there's one category Maison Martin Margiela aced: shock value!
