I have to be honest, hearing about Paris Hilton launching a footwear line didn't surprise me at all. I figured sooner or later that would happen eventually. That sentiment was shared upon reading pop singer Jessica Simpson's footwear collection.

Whenever celebrities use their names to brand shoes, apparel, coffee mugs or any merchandise, I see it just another way of raking in some royalties and most of the time the merchandise is really not all that. I'm crazed about this two toned dress by Behnaz Sarapour! This dress is modern yet feminine and elegant. The wave and scallop pattern done in metallic silver and purple (a color trend for fall) adds an interesting texture. A delicate belt that has both the purple and metallic silver colors is so chic!
