This cowl neck dress by Prairie Underground is simply eco-chic! Love the silhouette. And it is quite stylish. The pockets gives the dress some edge. Made with 50% organic cotton and 50% recycled polyester. A garment you can wear any season. Easily pair it with knee high boots or ballet flats. Personally, the price is a bit high but well worth the investment.
I absolutely adore this Organic watches by SPROUT. They are made with organic cotton strap, corn resin buckle and natural bamboo dial. The bright colors give the watches an eco-trendy look. And the price is eco-fabulous only $30 each! A perfect gift for the eco-conscious fashionista.
This week's eco-fabulous accessory is from The Sak's 'Freebird' Collection. Made with soft, textured man-made leather, 100% animal product free! I've actually seen this bag in person and was so sure that it was crafted with Italian leather until I saw the price...$55! Then I figured it must be on clearance. Sure wasn't. Finally, I checked the product tag and discovered it was made with man-made leather, with a 100% printed polyester lining.
It looks and feel luxurious. Love the stitching detail and the detachable straps. Taking into consideration the material, with this satchel's features you are definitely getting more than what you pay for.

Melissa Shoes has definitely been improving and evolving every season. I am loving the texture on their latest additions. Just look at these eco-chi and quite stylish mary jane flats. The shiny button detail is simply adorable. Made with recycled and recyclable materials. With their versatile design, easily pair them with denim jeans, skirts and dresses.

A garment everyone should have in their closet is a casual jacket. You can effortlessly transform any look with a jacket. Easily elevate your jeans and tee ensemble for a sophisticated look. The key to finding a jacket that would best suit you is proportion. The bottom hem should sit just above the waist, longer jackets by the hips. Like this Chromium two-button jacket by Edun, the length is just right and the fit, not to snug. For an eco-chic look, wear it buttoned if you are layering with a deep neckline, leave it open otherwise.
It is scarf season ladies! I guess I can say that being in L.A. we are fortunate enough not to have harsh and bitter cold seasons. Lightweight cold season accessories will do the job of warming us up. These Bambi scarves by TDM are perfect for the season. Made with 100% Bamboo, silk and cotton, their bright colors adds some zing to any look.
Aside from the eco-fabulous designs, TDM works directly with predominantly women-led cottage industries in Nepal to support women weavers and women craftsmanship in the country. Each piece is handmade using the highest quality fibers in order to ensure the ultimate in luxury and to reinforce pride in workmanship. Now, that makes these scarves feel good purchases.
This may sound odd but sometimes I hope that it would start pouring so I can wear my rain boots. About this time of year when rain boots get to play. If you are planning on buying a pair for this season, why not consider eco-friendly boots.
Like this Kamik 'Zoey' Rain Boot. Made with lightweight and waterproof PVC that is 100% recyclable. The knitted collar gives the boot a more refine and stylish look. The boot is lined with a material called Wind Pro Polartec that provides warmth without the weight and bulk.
Shirtdresses are sometimes overlooked and considered to be somewhat old-fashioned. Some might say they look like you're wearing an oversize shirt which is what exactly what they are. But if styled and paired with the right pieces, you can achieve a chic, crisp look.
Take for example this Eileen Fisher Organic shirtdress. Alone it looks like a lab coat, layer it under a cardigan and a belt and voila! A modern, eco-chic look that you can wear day or night. Layered looks are fab for fall. So, try to experiment on mixing various style of garments this season.
