Leather-like eco-friendly handbags are perhaps the most limited items in the market today. This is due to limited raw and recyclable materials and possibly manufacturers are aware that faux leather handbags are and can be a hard sell. Since most handbags that are supposed to replicate leather or suede are not as fashionable as we want them to be.

Matt & Nat is a brand of eco-friendly handbags that comes to mind which in my opinion is in the forefront of innovative technology and unique style.

A friend of mine recently bought one of their handbags from the Japanese Paper Collection. And was very impress!

The vegan leather which is 100% Polyester looks and feels like the real thing. I was skeptical at first, thinking that she was just pulling my leg. The handbag is very chic and finding out it was eco-friendly was an added surprise.
