National Jean Company's Media/VIP Grand Opening Party for the new Murray Hill Store at 525 Third Avenue EVENT RECAP

On Wednesday September 17th over 175 members of the fashion media and NYC fashionistas gathered to fete National Jean Company's new 900 sq. ft. NYC store at 525 Third Avenue in the Murray Hill neighborhood. Media attendees included Lucky Magazine, Paper Magazine, Instyle and Instyle.com, Star Magazine, People Style Watch, What Not To Wear, NYCTV, Tyra Banks Show, CosmoGIRL!, SheFinds.com, Entertainment Weekly, Teen Vogue and more.

With the fall chill soon to hit NYC, guests viewed National Jean Company's Fall 2008 trends in an informal modeling presentation while enjoying champagne and sushi. Brands such as J Brand, Earnest Sewn and Paige Premium Denim were highlighted with exclusive styles that they produced especially for National Jean Company for Fall 2008.

Other trends highlighted were Current/Elliott's "skinny slouch" jean and elephant bells, as well as motorcycle 80's throw-back looks from Member's Only, Alisha Levine and Blank Denim.
L'Oréal Professionnel sponsored the event and a stylist from the David Evangelista Salon at Cornelia Day Spa styled all of the models hair on behalf of L'Oréal Professionnel.

Gift bags included a lush array of new products from L'Oréal Professionnel, as well as the 2008 BlackBook Guide to NYC, a gift certificate to the David Evangelista Salon at Cornelia Day Spa, a National Jean Company t-shirt, and an intro to StoreAdore.com, a shop-a-holic's online mecca for shopping info along with a discount to http://www.NationalJeanCompany.com
