No Purchase Necessary. 1 Year Magazine Subscription will be drawn bi-weekly. Gift card will be drawn monthly. Allow 4 weeks to receive your magazine and gift card. Winners will be notified by email and confirmation to accept the prizes should be made within 3 days after the drawing.

Drawings will be held to determine the winner. Registered users are automatically entered in the raffle with 3 entries. Registered and new users can enter the raffle by:

Register at TheSmartStylist.com - 5 entries
Refer a Friend - 7 entries
Link TheSmartStylist.com to your blog or site - 10 entries

To get a better chance on winning you can earn entries by doing all options. For example, Registered user A, refers a friend earns 7 entries, link to TheSmartStylist.com earns 10 entries. Add the entries on top of 3 entries for being a registered user, you just earned 20 entries!

Non-winning entries will be carried over the next drawing and be eligible for the monthly gift card drawing. Eligibility of entries are limited by month. And new entries should be submitted after each month. New and registered users should notify via email upon registration, name of every referral and entry to the sweepstakes.

Winning entries will be notified via email and should provide a physical address and telephone number to accept prizes. No P.O. Boxes and limited to U.S. residents only. Only 1 winner per household.

1 Year Magazine Subscription is limited to the stated magazines and are not transferrable. Allow 4 weeks for delivery of first issue and 3 weeks for gift card. Companies, Publishers that are affiliated with the prizes are not liable for any mishandling of prizes upon transit to winner. Also, this sweepstakes is 100% free from any sponsorship by advertisers and affiliate partners. Prizes are solely paid by TheSmartStylist.com and are considered 'gifts' for this sweepstakes.

August 15, 2008 ( magazine subscription )
August 28, 2008 ( magazine subscription )
September 1, 2008 ( $50 gift card)
