A friends of mine asked me what swimwear are trendy this summer. Men are lucky to have a few options and I told him that there's  not necessarily a 'trend' this summer, just make sure that the swimwear he choose compliments his body type and stay away from speedos!! Color and prints are crucial. Here are some suggestions for you guys out there. And don't forget flip flops!

For those daring guys, if your planning on wearing bikini cut swimwear pick dark colors or better yet try going for square cut trunks or shorts-like swimwear.

Pick colors that are bright and patterns suited for the season and when in doubt go for board shorts.

Handbags are great to have this summer. They provide the finishing touch in completing that fabulous and trendy look you want to achieve. Key notes when considering handbags for summer: Try to stay away from leather during hot days, leather is a natural material and extreme heat can damage the surface. Buy bags are made with cotton or natural fibers that can be clean easily. Remember to have at least  a day bag and evening bag. Also, use your 'smarts' when it comes to the price. Like what I said on my last post about sandals, save money on your bags so you can splurge on  a Nancy Gonzales or Fendi for Fall. Have fun!
